Client partnership recognised at LSECC Awards

WeAnswer’s partnership with the UK’s leading independent toy retailer was formally recognised on Friday at the London & South East Contact Centre Awards.

Competing in the competitive Outsourcing Partnership of the Year category, WeAnswer received the ‘Highly Commended’ award for its Christmas 2016 campaign with The Entertainer.

This was the retailer’s second festive partnership with WeAnswer, following a similarly successful Christmas campaign in 2015. This time around, WeAnswer helped the client achieve a 10% saving against their budget and a significant saving on their ‘per contact’ costs, contributing to a like-for-like annual sales increase of 2.6%.

Commenting on the award, Managing Director Dominic Mehta said:
