WeAnswer has been shortlisted in ‘Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year’ category by the South West Contact Centre Forum Awards.

The South West Contact Centre Forum is an industry-led initiative which supports the call and contact centre industry in the South West of England. Their annual awards ceremony, which takes place on 29 June in Bristol, recognises excellence within the industry at both an individual and organisational level.

Our nomination focuses on our Christmas 2016 partnership with the UK’s largest independent toy retailer, The Entertainer. This was our second Christmas campaign with the retailer, following an award-winning campaign partnership in 2015.

During the most recent campaign WeAnswer provided the first point of contact for all order and customer service telephone enquiries. This included order handling, resolving delivery queries, liasing with stores nationwide and processing customer refunds.

We also supported the introduction and rollout of a new SAP customer management system within the client’s organisation during the campaign period.

Our support contributed to a highly successful trading period for The Entertainer, which enjoyed +2.6% year-on-year growth in like-for-like sales during the five weeks to December 31.
