We are extremely proud to announce that we won ‘Contact Centre of the Year 2021’ in the ‘Outsourced’ category, at the Southwest Contact Centre Awards, held at the Marriot Hotel, Bristol, on the 4th of November 2021.
The annual awards ceremony is run by Southwest Contact Centre Forum, a members led group who is committed to supporting customer contact hubs and centres across the Southwest region. The aim of the awards evening is to showcase and commend all businesses who operate with ‘outstanding performance and commitment’.
Selected amongst 31 categories, Contact Centre of the Year – OUTSOURCED, is aimed at highly successful businesses who have an exceptional relationship with their client.
Furthermore, the presentation to the judges, included providing successful client stories & case studies, statistical results and a fly-through captured video of our team, demonstrating a complete overview of our business and what we do best.
All our hard work certainly paid off and Sarah Ambler, our Site Director and some of our fantastic team who had been nominated, were there to receive the award for ‘Contact Centre of the Year’. Following the awards evening Sarah commended the team by saying, “I would like to thank the incredible team at WeAnswer for their continued commitment to exceeding the expectations of our clients and their customers. It is my privilege to work with such a great team.”
