A Defence Contractor which provides facilities management services, including water, wastewater, fire system maintenance and specialist estate management to Government sites.

This leading specialist provider of facilities management services wanted to appoint a new sub-contractor who could improve levels of customer satisfaction whilst at the same time continuing a high level of operational security and adherence to their strict processes. With calls and telemetry alarms coming in from all over the UK and with sites, technicians and engineers split in to six regions, they needed a provider with the flexibility and ability to record issues and escalate them accurately.
